We are a farmed butcher shop, offering traditional quality meat products, we offer a wide range of meats and have an expanded range of home made products including our award winning Burgers and Sausages. We could not have gained these accolades without our loyal, hard working and experienced members of staff, who have been trained to a high level and all have the knowledge of the latest developments. Our shop is in Bicester and is open from 7.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday between 7.00am and 1.00pm. Both management and staff are trained to the highest standards of food hygiene and are fully qualified to ensure food safety & quality. Peter Goss has always been noted for its range of quality traditional Burgers and Sausages. On average, we make an amazing 5,000 sausages per week all hand made on the premises. Delivery is by a refrigerated van to the catering industry, as well as offering a free home delivery service for local customers within 10 mile radius.
