Brownbread was founded in 2007 by Steve Brown and continues to be family run to this day. Inspired by proper baked goods from his childhood, Steve has brought together bread, cakes and patisseries from the best bakers to bring to you at your Bicester Friday Market.
We use organic ingredients as much as possible in our breads without nasty additives to provide you with the best quality product possible. Our range ensures there is something for everyone as well as something new to try.
